Servicing services of Phoenix-Zeppelin are provided for the entire lifetime of the machines. The main objective is above all to prevent undesirable and unexpected machine downtime, and thereby help the customer achieve the optimal utilisation of the machines. The objective is achieved through maintenance, repairs, preventative measures and other special programmes. Thanks to state-of-the-art diagnostic and laboratory technologies we can identify in advance all signs of machine wear and tear and suggest an economically advantageous solution to the problem.

In our own workshops evenly distributed throughout the Czech Republic we can carry out everything from standard maintenance and small repairs to general repairs of individual components and entire machines.
We also have at our disposal a sufficient number of field mechanics, who can carry out repairs directly on site using specialised service vehicles.
